1985年10月10日，10位来自不同教会的弟兄姐妹，召开了首次辅导事工分享会。
藉着至诚的祷告，在我国成立了第一个以华语为媒介语的辅导中心。
1986年8月9日，马来西亚博爱辅导中心 (Agape Counseling Centre Malaysia) 正式获得社团注册局注册为非营利组织411 / 86 （WP）。
On 10 October 1985, the first Counseling Ministry meeting session was held by 10 brothers and sisters from different churches. Through sincere prayers and relentless efforts, they established the first counseling centre with Mandarin as medium of service.
Agape Counselling Centre Malaysia had successfully registered as a Non Profit Organization with The Registry of Societies of Malaysia on 9 August 1986.
